Doer places his right hand on Doer’s right shoulder and his other hand on the ground with his knees on the ground.

The exercise
Doer lowers himself into a push up, and then comes up.
Repeat the exercise.
Change side and arm for the next set.

If Tool wants to lower the impact, she can place her knees on the ground.
