Stand with the feet wide apart and place the hands on the ground.
Start climbing forwards with your arms until you reach the push up position.
Then do a vigorous jump back into the starting position.
Repeat the motion until you reach the goal.
Then do the exercise backwards, in reverse order.
Stand in the starting position and jump back vigorously and climb back into the starting position.
