Do each exercise for around 40 seconds.
Remind the participants to breathe in and out slowly and deeply.

1. Move your arms in extended and controlled circles.

2. Elongate the body with every circle.

3. Intertwine your fingers behind your back and move the shoulders back.

4. Position your legs wide apart and bend the upper body forward.

5. Put the elbows together and place your feet at shoulder width. Hang forward, looking straight ahead and relaxing the neck.

6. Slowly roll up to standing position Step back with the right foot and push the hip forward.

7. Step forward and grab the right ankle with one or both hands. Push the hip forward.

8. Step back with the left foot and push the hip forward.

9. Step forward and grab the right ankle with one or both hands. Push the hip forward.

10. Place your feet wide apart and lean the upper body forward. Place one hand on the ground and, twisting, stretch the other arm up in the air and hold the position. Keep looking at the hand. Change side and repeat the movement.

11. Place your feet at shoulder width. Place your elbows together and hang forward, looking straight ahead and relaxing the neck. Then slowly roll up and finish in a sun salutation.
