Position
Tools stands with one foot forward and the other foot back for a stable position.
Tool and Doer link their right hands in a dap shake.
Doer stands with her feet as wide as her hips, in line with Tool’s feet.

The exercise
Doer bends her legs, places her free hand on the ground and then pushes herself up, touching Tool’s right shoulder with her hand.
Repeat the exercise, keeping an even pace.
Change hands for the next set.
