The struggle is won when the person is brought down to their knees.

Think about
The participant who is trying to bring their partner down must use their weight to push their partner to their knees.
The participant who is in defence must try to find a low centre of gravity and counter the movements by moving the feet.
The participants keep the same roles throughout the interval.
Change roles for the next set.

Useful points
To avoid injuries it is important to only pull the partner using the body weight and pressure.
