Jump squat

Position
Stand with your feet slightly wider than your hips, pointing your toes slightly outwards and keeping your arms along your sides.

The exercise
Come down into a squat while stretching your arms straight out.
Then push yourself up in a vigorous move so that the feet are lifted above ground, with the arms pressing downwards.
Repeat the exercise, keeping an even pace.

Think about
Keep looking forward throughout the exercise.
Push your hips forward when jumping up.

Useful points
Push the entire sole of your foot into the ground to get more force when jumping.
