Position Doer
stands with the back towards Tool, with his feet slightly wider that shoulder width.
Tool places her head for support between Doer’s shoulder blades.
Doer leans lightly against Tool’s head with his arms against his side.
Tool places her hands around the middle of Doer’s forearms.

The exercise
Doer presses his arms upwards until they are above shoulder height, while Tool restrains them.
Tool presses downwards while Doer resists.
Repeat the exercise.

Think about
Maintain an even resistance throughout the exercise.
Do the exercise using long and strict movements.
Communicate with each other to achieve the right amount of resistance.

Useful points
To achieve optimum contact with the shoulders, only lean slightly against Tool’s head.
