Position
Tool assumes a push up position, alternatively on the elbows for lower impact, with a straight and active body.
Doer stands between Tool’s legs with her back towards him and her legs slightly wider than shoulder width.
Doer grabs Tool’s ankles.

The exercise
Doer lowers herself into a squat and then pushes up again while pulling her arms up.
Repeat the exercise.

Think about
Tool maintains a rigid and active body throughout the exercise.
Doer maintains a straight back and looks slightly up.
Lower yourself in a controlled way and use more force and speed coming up.
Doer attempts to complete the exercise in one continuous movement.

Useful points
The exercise is easier to do the more Tool is able to tense his body.
Doer might have a tendency to fall forwards with her back.
Remind her that that the hips should be pushed straight down. This helps Doer keep a straight back.
