Position
Tool stands on her hands and feet with her back towards the floor and lifts her hips.
Doer places his hands on Tool’s knees and keeps his leg at a 90 degree angle to the floor.
Doer pulls her shoulders back, keeps her back straight and looks forward.

The exercise
Doer pushes his hips down while straightening one of his legs.
Doer comes back up.
Repeat the exercise and straighten alternate legs throughout the exercise.

Press the elbows together throughout the exercise.

Useful points
For maximum impact, aim to lower the hips straight down.
