Position
Assume a push up position with a rigid and active body.
Push your shoulders apart and look down towards your feet.

The exercise
In a vigorous movement, push alternate knees towards the chest, keeping the front foot in the air throughout the movement.
Repeat the exercise.

Think about
Look down at your feet and maintain an active and rigid body throughout the exercise.

Useful points
When pushing your shoulders apart and looking down, you activate the torso in a better way.
You can also do the exercise looking straight down into the ground.
