Position
Feet slightly wider than shoulder width and hands clasped, arms resting against the hips.

The exercise
Drop down into a squat while pushing the arms upwards.
Come back up while pushing the arms down.
Repeat the exercise.

Think about
The exercise is completed in a continuous movement.
The arms remain straight with the hands clasped throughout the movement.
Come down in a controlled way and use more force and speed coming up.
