Position
Stand with your feet width apart, place your hands on the ground and inside of your legs and look sit down.

The exercise
Press your hips up and look back so you feel It stretch your legs.   
Repeat the exercise.

Think about
Keep the soles of your feet completely in contact with the floor throughout the exercise.
Aim to maintain contact with the muscles in your legs throughout the exercise.

Useful points
Looking down and relax improves the strain on your legs.
