Position
Assume a push up position with an active and rigid body.

The exercise
Push down the front and right side of your hips.
Come back up and push the upper part of your back up to separate your shoulder blades.
Come back down and push the other side down.
Repeat the exercise.

Aim to keep your arms straight throughout the movement.
