Both assume a push up position, facing each other.
Both place their feet wide apart and link their right hands in a handshake.

The aim of the struggle
Pull your partner to the ground. When the struggle has been won, start again.
Change hand for the next round.

Think about
Keep the hands linked throughout the struggle.

Useful points
As you get tired, you will want to compensate for the loss of power by placing your feet very wide apart.
In order to maintain the same conditions, attempt to keep your legs slightly wider than shoulder width.
