Tool assumes a plank position, on her elbows.
Doer places his right hand on Doer’s right shoulder and his other hand on the ground.

The exercise
Doer lowers himself into a push up, and then comes up, twisting his body as far as possible with the arm straight.
Repeat the exercise. Change side and arm for the next set.

Think about
If Tool wants to lower the impact, she can place her knees on the ground.
Doer maintains an active and rigid body throughout the exercise.
The stretched arm should be in line with Doer’s ear. Doer follows the hand’s movement with his eyes.
